Why us

The individual Homeowner Associations for the seven Villages of Copperfield and the Copperfield Community Association differ from the Copperfield Coalition in their ability to address and manage residential and business concerns.  The HOAs/CCA and the Copperfield Coalition can find some flexibility in working together for the Smart Growth of the Copperfield community.

The HOAs and the CCA (umbrella association for the seven Villages) are chartered to research and manage the various contracts and enforce architectural guidelines, deed restrictions, waste/recycling, management, and security contracts, pool and parks contracts, and crimewatch. Individual residents are encouraged to volunteer for committees that support these contracted efforts.  Every HOA has a management company to guide them in making sure that these contracts and efforts are within the charter.  The CCA maintains the common area as far as landscaping maintenance and any needed improvements, i.e. perimeter fencing.

The Copperfield Coalition is a Not For Profit Organization.  It is a grassroots organization formed to address the smart growth of the Copperfield area.  We have the ability to address concerns that may require political and adjoining communities' involvement/engagement to address residential and business concerns that are not within the charter of the HOA/CCA.

The Copperfield Coalition realizes the importance of having residents bring any and all concerns they may have first to their individual HOA.  When the individual HOA or CCA cannot resolve the issue, then the Copperfield Coalition is approached for any and all resolution.
